Almaahed International uses the SchoolPilot by Almaahed platform to run the school and answer families' messages.

What we collect

When you message us on Facebook or Instagram, comment on our posts or fill in one of our ad forms: your name as shown on your account, your account ID, the text of your messages and comments, and your form answers (name, phone number, course you are interested in).

Why

To answer you, to enrol you or your child, and to contact you about our courses only. We never sell or share this information with anyone else and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only our school staff (front desk and management), through personal password-protected accounts.

How long

Messages are kept while they are useful to follow up your request; a student's file is kept during their studies and then for the period required by law.
